Sales Executive

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.


Position Overview:

The Sales Executive will play a critical role in expanding our client base and promoting our suite of insurance, benefits, and payroll services. This role requires a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or payroll industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that address our clients’ needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within target markets through various sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster trust and business growth.
Present and sell company products and services, such as group health insurance, employee benefits, and payroll solutions, to decision-makers within organizations.
Conduct needs assessments and customize service offerings to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to effectively address client needs and concerns.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our services.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
1+ year of sales experience, preferably in insurance, payroll, or employee benefits.
Strong understanding of the insurance and benefits landscape, as well as payroll services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to quickly learn and understand company products and services.
Licensed in Life & Health insurance (or willingness to obtain within a set period).
